The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering technical solutions that drive business results. You'll work closely with our product engineering & project management teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical understanding of Nasdaq products/technology. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and driving customer success, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall technical support services towards the client according to the Support and Maintenance Agreement.
  • Work closely with product engineering & project management teams to manage customer expectations.
  • Own and coordinate client incidents and ensure they are monitored, regularly updated, and resolved according to agreed resolution / response times.
  • Accountable for client SLAs and internal/external reporting on KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Academic degree qualified in a field related to Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of work experience in an engineering, product management, quality assurance, or similar role.
  • You are client-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proven and strong client relationship building capability.
  • Solution-oriented and customer-focused approach.
  • Understanding in risk management and quality assurance fields.
