Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Electrical Quality Assurance Manager. As a key member of our Quality Management System (QMS) team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and quality management, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve quality performance and operational efficiencies across all functional departments.
Main Responsibilities:- Audit and Compliance: Plan and execute internal and external audits, addressing findings promptly. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to optimize quality processes.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead quality initiatives and cross-functional teams effectively. Anticipate potential issues and develop solutions before they impact quality.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support quality objectives. Ensure staff are trained on QMS procedures and understand their role in maintaining quality.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on quality performance metrics to senior management. Communicate critical situations and findings from internal/external audits.
- Document Control and Calibration: Lead the document control department and processes. Ensure all equipment and tools used in manufacture are calibrated. Manage the calibration group.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about QMS processes, compliance, and quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Electronic Engineering, or similar field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Certification as a lead auditor on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 19011 desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with IPC standards and ESD guidelines.
- Knowledge of electronic systems, metrology, and assembly processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
