Job Overview:
The Production Control Director is responsible for ensuring production/materials plans and inventory levels are balanced to meet customer On Time Delivery and inventory/working capital goals while supporting operations linearity. About the Role:
This position will work closely with Purchasing, Operations, and Master Scheduler to develop and implement production/materials plans and inventory management strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production/materials plans and inventory management strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement changes to improve operations efficiency and reduce inventory.
  • Lead a team of 5-7 members and drive accountability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in operations management/supply chain management or similar field of study preferred.
  • APICS certification a plus.
  • 10+ years' experience in managing material planning, scheduling, production control, or supply chain roles in manufacturing industries, electronic components preferred, aerospace industry a plus.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish), both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated performance in achieving inventory reduction, operations performance, and business financial objectives.
  • Experience navigating direct and indirect reporting structures to achieve strong financial and customer-focused results.
  • Proficient in SIOP processes and able to communicate critical issues for action by cross-functional SIOP team members.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP/MRP system.
