Financial Clerk

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to join our team at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Organize and maintain all financial files, records, and cash and cash equivalents in accordance with established procedures.
• Record, store, and analyze financial data to compile and maintain accurate financial records.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Audit cashier banks periodically to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
