Financial Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team at The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

• Verify and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records.
• Perform period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Audit cashier banks periodically to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a financial or accounting role.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
