Job Summary

As our new National Sales Director in Mexico, you will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives across the country, identifying and implementing best practices to drive sales and profitability. You will oversee our sales directors, managers, and trainers, collaborating to develop targeted strategies that meet our sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and support sales teams to implement sales strategies that drive results
  • Oversee sales directors, managers, and trainers to ensure best practices are implemented
  • Conduct regular calls with sales teams to evaluate performance and provide coaching
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales capabilities
  • Communicate company updates and directives to sales leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management with strong coaching skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or business services focus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year, with occasional travel to the U.S.
