Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Engineer Access Control to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will possess expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining networked systems, including configurations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors for installation of network devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain networked systems, including configurations and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with vendors for installation of network devices, such as routers, switches, firewalls, concentrators, and load balancers
  • Perform technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, including system integration for LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and transmission systems
  • Maintain and upgrade network systems, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
  • Create and update technology components of standard operating procedures
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless and Routing Switching
  • Nexus configuration and design, including VDC, VPC, OTV, LISP, FabricPatch, and DCNM
  • SD-WAN experience (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (preferred)
  • Riverbed experience
  • Excellent understanding of VPN, including site-to-site, remote access client, IPSEC, IKE, tunnel modes, SSL clientless/AnyConnect, and tunnels between ASAs and Routers
  • Cisco ACS for network Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting
  • Cisco ISE integration with wired data and wireless infrastructure
  • Cisco Enterprise Wireless communication design, configuration, and configuration of Lightweight and Autonomous APs, WLAN Controllers, PRIME, and Bridging
  • Meraki wireless experience
  • Quality of Service understanding and configuration, including customization across all Cisco platforms to support Voice, Video, and selected applications
  • MPLS Traffic engineering design, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • LDP, TDP, RSVP Label distribution, MPBGP-VPNv4, Multi-VRF, and VRF-Lite
  • Application and WAN Optimization appliance design and configuration, including appliances such as Riverbed, WLC, and SD-WAN
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE certificate or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid documentation experience with Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete
  • Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff
  • Strong technical account management skills and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
