**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement cost-efficient solutions to address process inefficiencies and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions
- Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents, and functional specifications
- Conduct unit and integration testing, as well as regression testing
- Support production processes and business systems functions
- Work with IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions
- Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and help prioritize opportunities for improvement
- Participate in business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to meet business needs
- Conduct QA validations and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests
- Support, assist, and train users on new modified system configurations
- Maintain IT business system integrity and application notes
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring SAP PP modules
- Knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules (MM and QM experience is an asset)
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, MRP, demand management, and inventory management
- Proven track record of implementing repetitive manufacturing business processes
- Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments
- Production execution experience, including production planning, master data, production order types, and process order execution configuration
- Ability to work with business end-users, gather requirements, and build detailed functional design specifications
- Ability to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts
