Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all employee documentation and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Meet with external agencies, such as the Ministry of Labor, to discuss submitted forms and documentation.
  • Assist with new employee orientations, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and personnel files are up-to-date.
  • Perform HR-related activities on HRIT tools, including SAP and SuccessFactors, primarily related to the employee life cycle.
  • Assist with document audits, including scanning and uploading documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Provide support for general inquiries, such as policy content and basic leave questions.
  • Process HR transactions according to established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Manage calls from employees and other HR staff, utilizing proficient English and verbal communication skills.
  • Perform tasks within established turnaround times and demonstrate ability to multitask.
  • Stay adaptable to new business process changes and technology systems.
  • Enter and maintain data in HCM modules.
