Oracle is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our global Service Desk team. This role requires remote, non-technical work on North America day shifts (5 days/week) with weekend rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and triage their requests
  • Triage customer requests and engage technical teams and experts
  • Capture and collect customer concerns, issues, and impact
  • Provide customer service and incident management support
  • Escalate critical issues following Oracle best practices
  • Enable and expedite issue resolution by coordinating troubleshooting progress
  • Communicate timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • University Degree
  • English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Customer service/support background in IT environment preferred
  • Previous Incident Management/Escalation Management experience
  • Previous experience with Oracle Support tools and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure a plus

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
