About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Admin Center of Excellence to lead our administrative operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for the Admin Center of Excellence team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Development: Design, develop, and implement standardized administrative processes and procedures across the organization. Establish best practices, templates, and guidelines to streamline operations and ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Strategy Execution: Execute the strategic vision for the Admin Center of Excellence, aligning it with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for the Admin Center of Excellence, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or service levels.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in building and leading high-performance teams in an administrative or operational function.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing standard operating procedures and process improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
What We Offer

As a Senior Manager, Admin Center of Excellence at Hewlett Packard, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience.
