About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Excellence Leader to join our team at Hewlett Packard. This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing teams in administrative functions, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes innovation and accountability.
  • Design, implement, and continuously evaluate standardized administrative processes and procedures to drive productivity gains and enhance service quality.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources, monitor expenditures, and track financial performance to inform strategic decisions.
Budget Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a budget estimated at $120,000 annually. This figure takes into account the requirements of the role, including recruitment, training, and equipment needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performance teams in administrative functions, with a strong background in process improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills, with a track record of successfully driving organizational change and transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
