About the Role
Littelfuse is a leading global manufacturer of electronic components, serving over 100,000 end customers across various industries. As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and execution between receiving, shipping, traffic, import/export, maintenance, and administrative activities to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to operations teams, interfacing with functional areas in Distribution (Quality, Materials Management/Security, Lean, Transportation, Trade Compliance, EHS) to maximize efficiencies and ensure a smooth and timely flow of goods.
- Influence other functional areas to optimize processes and improve overall performance.
- Manage warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results, and ensuring adherence to safety rules.
- Oversee daily operations of Traffic functions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of documentation and tasks.
- Coordinate materials delivery according to customer and business unit requirements to prevent delays and damages.
- Monitor and assess customer requirements to prevent defective products and ensure timely shipments.
- Review, monitor, and approve warehouse costs and expenses, and assist in budget preparation.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Distribution, Logistics, Traffic, and Trade Compliance, with proficiency in SAP and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
