  • Supervising 2 or more Team Leaders in different shifts or 5 or more Team Leaders in one shift
  • Directing resources as required to guarantee continuous improvement process execution
  • Overseeing the planning, scheduling, setup, and running of production activities
  • Managing the dispersal and distribution of materials for production
  • Maintaining labor and material requirements to meet the daily production schedule
  • Coordinating with Team Leaders of production support staff and communicating expectations and providing direction and training
  • Monitoring work performance and providing feedback
  • Coordinating maintenance of production equipment and overseeing process control and quality process control
