About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Forensic Litigation and Consulting Practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert forensic accounting services and analytical skills in complex global and high-profile anti-corruption and fraud investigations, compliance program/controls assessments, and monitorships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day activities on projects, including interaction with client personnel, team members, and law firm associates and partners involved in anti-corruption and fraud-related matters.
  • Responsible for day-to-day activities of projects, including interaction with other consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
  • Perform accounting and financial analysis and assist law firms and clients in analyzing and documenting complex accounting issues in the context of investigations, compliance program/controls assessments, and monitorships.
  • Organize information to facilitate effective data access and analysis.
  • Participate in interviews of client personnel and third parties.
  • Assist in preparing memoranda and reports that will be delivered to team members, law firms, clients, regulatory bodies, and other parties.
  • Maintain detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information utilized during the performance of all tasks.
  • Review work product from consultants to ensure quality and organization across the board.
  • Provide superior client service in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
  • Maintain a professional image within the firm and project same to those outside the firm.

What You Will Need To Succeed

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant post-graduation professional work experience.
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, based on needs of clients, law firms, and particular

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SEC requirements with a strong preference for a Certified Public Accountant (or foreign equivalent).
  • Strong writing and oral presentation skills. Strong preference on accounting and financial analytical skills.
