Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead - Transformers Design Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric Gruppe. As a key member of our Design Center, you will be responsible for leading the design engineering efforts of Low Voltage Transformers, focusing on electrical design, structural, mechanical, and integration of other devices.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead design engineering efforts of Low Voltage Transformers
* Oversee structural, mechanical, and integration of other devices
* Ensure all technical deliverables are completed and technical issues resolved in a timely manner
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, safety, and peer reviews

Requirements

* BSME/BSEE with a minimum 10 years of experience in design/development engineering of LV Transformers
* Experience with Agile design process (Scrum & Kanban)
* Excellent level of understanding of DOE Efficiency Standards for Distribution Transformers
* Proficient in the use and application of best-in-class Electrical Steels and Insulation systems
