We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Project Lead to expand our Professional Services business in the region. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong interest in deep observability and security.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including scoping, proposal generation, delivery, and final deliverables.
  • Manage engagements to ensure clients' needs are met professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with trusted partners to support seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver advisory services that educate clients on visibility and security, solving complex business and security challenges.
  • Built and enhance business processes and methodologies.
  • Grow the business by engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build customer and alliance relationships, positioning Gigamon as a trusted partner.
  • Manage a 'matrix team' of Professional Services Engineers.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in network visibility, information security, cybersecurity, or enterprise risk management.
  • 6+ years of experience managing matrix and/or indirect project staff.
  • Extensive knowledge in network visibility, cybersecurity operations, emerging security technologies, and evolving threat trends.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects related to information security, technology risk management, cybersecurity, or cyber-risk management.
  • Experience in incident response or threat hunting is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate technical deliverables and business communications.
  • Proven track record of working with global, virtual teams and collaborating with a broad range of roles.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with various stakeholders and executives.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of security risks and the ability to implement appropriate security controls.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
