**The Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist the Legal Operations Manager in defining and driving strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in identifying and implementing legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices, as well as managing design, rollout, and training for new systems.
- Help implement and enforce processes and policies to manage outside counsel usage and spending and vendor management.
- Maintain and improve evaluation metrics of outside counsel, incorporating legal project management principles as needed.
- Assist in onboarding of new joiners and procured resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, service, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance, as well as various business units.
**Requirements**
- + 2 years of experience dealing with Business Administration matters.
- Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or related).
- Strong Project Management Skills: to assist the Legal Operations Manager in defining and driving strategic and operational initiatives.
- Onboarding and Resource Management Skills to assist in the onboarding process of new joiners and procured resources.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
