Executive Assistant to General Manager

Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide essential support to the General Manager and the operations team within the fulfillment center.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a self-driven attitude. They must be capable of managing sensitive information and adapting to shifting workloads and priorities effectively.

Key Competencies:
Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and oversee various assignments and personnel simultaneously.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing support to senior management or director-level positions.
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Proficient in preparing basic expense and reimbursement reports.
  • Experience managing fixed budgets for office administration, events, and meetings.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated background in administrative and secretarial support or management.
  • Strong clerical abilities including photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, and arranging travel.
  • Capability to create presentations incorporating graphics.
  • Managing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings for the fulfillment center staff.
Additional Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in end-to-end project management.
