About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Value Stream Manager to join our team at Brady Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. as part of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet performance objectives.
  • Manage and maintain production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Identify and solve problems affecting production, including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production line.
  • Manage facilities and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and training activities.
  • Develop and manage annual department budget to ensure financial management of assigned cost centers.
  • Establish and track department goals, both in terms of timing and results.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing management environment, including duties focused on lean manufacturing, production cost reduction, and effective project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take up new challenges.
  • Knowledge of Progressive Manufacturing Principles, MRP systems, and SAP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to influence and persuade others.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
