About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IDOC Master Data Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for providing EDI baseline support for inbound and outbound documents within SAP ECC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor all key interface transmissions in SAP for Transportation - Shipping & Receiving
  • Analyze and resolve any issues associated with failed EDI/IDOCs on key interfaces related to shipping & Receiving
  • Determine root cause analysis on EDI/IDOC errors and resolve and/or partner with IT to recommend appropriate corrections and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as liaison between End-user, SAP Technical Support, and BIS Support to resolve issues around inbound and outbound IDOC's
  • Assist in identifying and compiling system test cases and participate in system and acceptance testing on various projects
  • Compile or modify training documentation and present to the business users on issues, changes, etc. associated with the EDI/IDOC process
  • Work with C&O Team Leads on various projects to provide data and analytical support
  • Lead projects associated with improved business processes
  • Compile and report EDI/IDOC metrics on a daily/weekly/period basis
  • Work off hours and holidays as needed
  • Continual update of EDI/IDOC playbooks
  • Any other analytical eCommerce capability support needs required by the business
Requirements
  • Industrial Engineer or similar Field
  • 2 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Warehouse Operations, and/or Logistics and/or Customer Service
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Power APPs
  • Demonstrate understanding of Logistics Supply Chain systems
  • English
  • System implementation or baseline support experience is preferred
  • Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems (i.e Tableau and Power BI) preferred
  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC R3 preferred
