Job Overview

The Underwriting Analyst Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the underwriting team with document processing for Residential & Commercial solar projects. This individual will be responsible for maintaining project flow with minimal errors in processing all documents related to these projects.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Zoho CRM updated with current project status.
  • Keep Sighten deals up to date in Zoho CRM.
  • Process and prepare for approval solar projects in NTP, M1, and M2 Milestones.
  • Process sales confirmation calls to ensure their validity.
  • Process Pre-NTP Underwriting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (completed or in progress).
  • CRM experience is desired.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM is desired but not required.
  • Office software proficiency.
  • Attention to detail, assertiveness, and self-motivation.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working from home with a stable internet connection, a decent workstation, and a working headset. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of office software, including Excel and Word.
