Acensblue, a leading provider of control machinery and automation systems, is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join their team in Mexico. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through the sale of automation solutions and services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Sell automation solutions and services to prospective and existing customers, utilizing technical and commercial arguments to build strong relationships and close deals.
  • Meet with customers to understand their specific needs and wants, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Perform project cost calculations, analyzing profits and markups to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
  • Negotiate offers with clients, determining pricing, schedules, promotions, and profitability to meet business objectives.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, as well as realistic forecasts, to the management team and Group Management.
  • Develop a sales strategy aligned with organizational goals, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Requirements:
  • Education: Engineer degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Automation sales and Industrial Services Sales.
  • Language: Conversational English.
