Job Summary

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Store Leaders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Train and develop store teams on sales and delivery processes, ensuring they have a deep understanding of Tesla's products and services.
  • Coach and motivate store teams to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales and delivery targets.
  • Oversee delivery operations during Manager on Duty shifts, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop employees to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner, through evaluation and feedback.
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to Tesla's brand standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of applicable experience in retail sales or operations, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ethical approach to sales and sales operations.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment, and relocate as needed.
