We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as a Store Manager at Grupo Ultra's TAG HEUER boutique in Playa del Carmen. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who share our passion for delivering world-class customer service and achieving sales excellence.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 USD per annum, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the boutique, including merchandise, associates, and customer service. You will work closely with the Sales Team to achieve sales objectives, maintain high operational and merchandising standards, build motivated teams, and develop sales skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4-7 years' experience in luxury retail, with 1-2 years of related management experience. Previous experience in high-end watch sales is preferred. Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously. Results-oriented and self-motivated individuals who can achieve goals defined by management will thrive in this environment.
Additional Requirements
You will also require flexibility to work as part of a team in a demanding environment, ability to understand sales, budgets, goals, and scheduling, and computer proficiency.
