This position is crucial for maintaining the ongoing excellence of technical skills and line management in production, by overseeing a vital segment of the operation (technical, system, or organizational) to achieve results dictated by the significant business requirements of the facility. You will ensure that essential business objectives are met while fostering the development of others to guarantee the ongoing excellence of technical skills on the production line. By employing a methodical approach, you will utilize strategic thinking abilities to ensure that results are maintained over the long term.

Your Contributions

In your likely initial managerial position, you will ensure that Mondelēz International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and employee morale targets are met for the lines under your supervision by breaking down overall targets into specific line and unit objectives and ensuring that team members comprehend their individual performance goals in relation to the broader targets. In this role, you will also develop budgets and oversee cost control management, governance and compliance, loss reduction, and workforce planning, which includes recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and identifying high-potential team members. Without your leadership, we would not be able to provide high-quality snacks to our consumers.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems Independently maintaining equipment in optimal condition, including executing AM & PM (breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated machinery Total productive maintenance and Six Sigma, including qualification of AM steps 5-6 and PM step 3 Leading production teams Navigating challenging interpersonal situations with tact Influencing individuals in a unionized environment Effectively communicating both verbally and in writing, with a keen attention to detail

Additional Role Information:

The Line Supervisor in the cookie division will be responsible for conducting plant tours, monitoring performance indicators, and overseeing productivity. They will lead and initiate projects aimed at reducing waste.

Requirements:

Experience in similar or equivalent roles. Background in production facilities. Experience in personnel management, addressing needs, and maintaining open communication. Results-oriented individual Experience in production areas Familiarity with continuous improvement systems such as TPM and autonomous maintenance. Project execution experience Green belt and black belt certification. Intermediate English proficiency
