Facilities Assistant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team at Compleat Kidz | Compleat Rehab. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities, supporting various departments and stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform project management of renovations of existing sites and construction of new sites.
  • Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects.
  • Establish, oversee, and execute work plans for each phase of new clinic projects.
  • Ensure built-out projects are completed on time, on budget, and ready for opening.
  • Coordinate and supervise general maintenance, including HVAC, filters, lighting, drywall, painting, plumbing, and furniture repair.
  • Assist with vendor relationships and manage disputes where necessary.
  • Perform general maintenance and inspection visits of corporate properties.
  • Ensure Environmental, Health, & Safety guidelines are followed.
  • Fulfill customer service requests promptly.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • Experience in managing renovations, buildouts, and move projects of various sizes and complexity.
