About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Siemens, S.A. de C.V. as a Vertical Sales Manager, Energy Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the energy sector and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the energy vertical market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Business Unit Portfolio, and Marketing, to develop compelling value propositions and drive demand generation.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion through mergers and acquisitions, new channels, and partner-driven activities.
  • Ensure compliance with standard business performance reporting, including market data, business planning, and regular operational performance updates.
  • Develop and agree upon operational targets as part of the business planning cycle by country, business unit, and key account.
Requirements
  • More than 15 years of experience managing sales teams, developing business, and accounts in the energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of vertical market management, salesforce, and customer service.
  • Leadership, communication, collaboration, negotiation, change agent, team management, customer focus, and networking skills.
