Energy Systems Sales Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Siemens, S.A. de C.V. as a Vertical Sales Manager, Energy Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts in the energy sector and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for the energy vertical market, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the energy sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Business Unit Portfolio, and Marketing, to develop compelling value propositions and drive demand generation.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion through mergers and acquisitions, new channels, and partner-driven activities.
- Ensure compliance with standard business performance reporting, including market data, business planning, and regular operational performance updates.
- Develop and agree upon operational targets as part of the business planning cycle by country, business unit, and key account.
- More than 15 years of experience managing sales teams, developing business, and accounts in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of vertical market management, salesforce, and customer service.
- Leadership, communication, collaboration, negotiation, change agent, team management, customer focus, and networking skills.
