Inventory Oversight & Stock Management:

o Responsible for (re)ordering materials and/or equipment as necessary, documenting these actions in the appropriate databases/systems, providing feedback on supplier performance, and overseeing the management and maintenance of stock materials, tools, and/or equipment to ensure optimal availability for production and delivery, while promptly identifying any bottlenecks or deficiencies in logistics operations.

Receiving Goods and Storage Coordination:

o Manages the intake of incoming materials and/or equipment, verifying and documenting quantities, assessing for damages and completeness, and organizing unloading and storage locations. Ensures proper unloading and labeling of materials and/or equipment, and confirms that items are stored correctly in designated locations/warehouses, maintaining visual quality standards to ensure all materials are ready for efficient distribution to internal clients.

Order Processing:

o Handles and processes orders from both internal and external clients, selecting, verifying, packing, and/or distributing the necessary materials and/or equipment to the appropriate locations, either in collaboration with warehouse personnel or directly, to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of materials and/or equipment to all customers.

Outbound Logistics and Transport Scheduling:

o Ensures that goods and materials are prepared for transport, including the necessary dispatch documentation for drivers, and coordinates transportation arrangements.

o Provides support and input for vehicle routing and scheduling based on customer records and requests, ensuring that customer expectations are met while optimizing vehicle scheduling and routing.

o Organizes transportation for the delivery of goods/materials to both internal and external clients.

Administrative Systems Management:

o Manages the administrative intake and distribution of materials and/or equipment within relevant systems, records hours and other logistics-related administration to generate reports for stakeholders, ensuring an up-to-date overview of material availability and throughput for effective stock management and internal accounting.

Ensures that order processing, quotations, administration, supporting IT systems, and master data maintenance adhere to established standards to achieve high-quality logistics operations.

Customer Relationship Management:

o Cultivates customer relationships, ensuring that all inquiries and requests are addressed effectively to maintain customer trust. Focuses on external customer satisfaction and fostering sustainable relationships, while actively seeking positive feedback from clients.

Continuous Process Improvement:

o Monitors, evaluates, and benchmarks internal and external logistics processes, tools, and systems, initiating and implementing enhancements to achieve ongoing optimization and alignment of logistics operations.

Regulatory Compliance:

· Ensures adherence to all operational, safety, quality, risk, and health regulations.

Additional Responsibilities:

o May undertake a variety of other warehouse/logistics support and administrative tasks, as well as special project duties as assigned.
