About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at JLL. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational and capital budgets for assigned properties
  • Oversee site reporting to clients, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Manage maintenance and repair services, including preventive maintenance of building systems
  • Support the implementation of short and long-term projects for clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services
  • Manage vendor relationships, operations, finances, and overall vendor contract performance
  • Source local services needed to perform day-to-day operations through 3rd party suppliers
  • Supervise building technicians and identify opportunities to grow their skillset
  • Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards
  • Drive and promote a safety culture, including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors
Requirements
  • BS in a technical degree (preferred)
  • +5 years of related technical work experience, including supervisory experience
  • +2 years of related experience as a facilities manager or similar role
  • Experience in Mission Critical Data Center environment with a strong understanding of BMS, CMMS, MOP, SOP Creation, and review
  • Must be knowledgeable of all building systems maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Advanced English level
  • Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service
