We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Management Analyst to join our English Language Learning team at Pearson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and successfully concluding teacher training projects and services for English language teaching, as well as the administration of language exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise staff executing projects, ensuring compliance with academic and corporate guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete implementations correctly and on time.
- Train clients and staff on the scope, features, and best practices of English language teaching services and language exam administration.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
- Deliver English language teaching services and/or language exam administration, passionate about helping customers and excelling in both oral and written communication in Spanish and English.
- Quickly learn about new English teaching and testing services and communicate those concepts to internal and external customers.
- Contribute ideas and initiate tactical improvements in the overall implementation process.
