Aptiv is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure the execution of all value streams complies 100% with customer specific requirements, control plan execution, and PFMEA update. The successful candidate will have the authority and responsibility to ensure quality census across specific programs or groups of customer value streams, ensuring designed quality programs are being executed and improved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
- Containment: immediate. Ensure that quality checks and rework are well defined, managed, and data collected for effectiveness verification.
- Ensure that the Customer Satisfaction Expectation (CSE) is met.
- Quality Program Management:
- Develop and implement quality programs to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
