Your ResponsibilitiesAs an Infrastructure Specialist, you'll be involved in various aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, code implementation, testing, and support. You'll create software that enables our clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys, working with the latest technologies to ensure high-performance, high-availability, responsive, and maintainable applications.
Key Responsibilities- Analytical Problem-Solving and Solution Enhancement: Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing failures, working closely with the architect and technical leader.
- Comprehensive Engagement Across Process Phases: Participate in every step of the process, from design, development, testing, release changes, and troubleshooting, providing exceptional customer service.
- Strategic Stakeholder Engagement and Innovative Coding Solutions: Drive key discussions with stakeholders and analyze the current landscape for opportunities to operate and code creative solutions.
- Proficient English
- Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist role, preferably at a large-scale technology company
- Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python and a strongly typed language like Java or.NET
- Proficient in system administration and troubleshooting of Linux-based and Windows systems
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with Github Actions or Gitlab automation technologies
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as AWS ECS and/or EKS
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Optional: Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Application Performance Monitoring (Splunk, CloudWatch)
