**About the Role:**

This position involves accumulating expertise and demonstrating mastery of specific TAX product/content.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the most relevant customer needs within the area of specialism.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying how customer needs can be addressed through different product options and configurations to deliver the most impact.
  2. Sharing knowledge and best practices with the broader Sales team by supporting on pursuits.
  3. Engaging customers through virtual channels for the majority of deals.
  4. Acting as overlay support towards the end of the Sales cycle, to drive sales towards close.
  5. Focusing on more complex, higher value new logo and incremental sales (upsell/cross-sell) opportunities.

The successful candidate will work in a pooled team across accounts within subsegment, rather than account or territory-aligned.

They will gather and share best practices across the broader Sales teams to support account/territory strategies.

A critical aspect of this role is growing sales in collaboration with Sales Executives, Client Executives, and Key Account Managers utilizing specialist knowledge to deliver gross sales.

Major emphasis is placed on opening up new business, both within existing accounts and new customers.

The Technical Business Solutions Specialist will also assist in key retention situations as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Professionals graduated degree (with commercial orientation and customer services).
  • Fluent English.
  • Possession of passion about technology and the ability to convince clients about the benefits of digital transformation and new ways of working.
  • Excellent presenter and communicator who is articulate, passionate, and knowledgeable with the ability to evangelise our products.
  • Comfortable being part of a sales cycle and working with prospects.
  • Analytical and creative with the ability to design solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Equally comfortable engaging with clients at Partner or C-Level as with front-line users and administrators.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a real passion for technology and product innovation.
  • Desire to work in an open, collaborative environment with a team of creative and innovative people that are passionate about what they do.
  • Interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to a high-profile audience (from decision makers to the end user).
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a team and autonomously, demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
  • Must be open, flexible, and creative with respect to time management and scheduling.

**Annual Salary Range:** 120,000 - 180,000 USD (dependent on experience)
