Your Role:
This IT Business Solutions Specialist position sits within our Information Technology department, acting as an internal consultant to HR & Payroll stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to recommend approaches, design, and implement integrations to send people data to/from Workday. You'll maintain high customer service standards while balancing associated needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Document workflow requirements to meet deliverables and maintain integration documentation.
- Interact with end-users to understand business requirements and enhancement requests.
- Collect, manage, and synthesize requirements from key stakeholders.
- Provide work estimates to managers and project managers based on gathered requirements.
- Translate business requirements and use cases into functional/technical specifications, requirements documents, and detailed use cases for new/changed features or functionality.
- Analyze performance requirements and ensure they are met.
- Create/review test plans with the team.
- Provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and accurately document problems and their probable causes, identifying root causes, testing, and implementing solutions.
- Ensure adherence to defined standards.
Requirements:
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Key qualifications include stakeholder management, advanced English proficiency, and strong aptitude in understanding HR Systems and integrations (Workday preferable).
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
