Customer Support Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Care team for the USA market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our USA customers, remotely from Puebla (Mexico).
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via email, chat, and video call. Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution. Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced, upgrade plans, post sales, module activation. Support the team in other markets as needed. Translation of online support for new launches (on demand). Support at customer events in the market. Support in market development and system adaptation.
Requirements:
Native or bilingual in English and Spanish. You live in Puebla (Mexico). Proactive and positive attitude. Service-oriented. You are a technology geek. If you know our products, it's a plus. You are passionate about customer care. Useful: Knowledge of other additional languages: Italian, French, Portuguese... A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas. You like to work in a team. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other. You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions. You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.
