Customer Support Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Care team for the LATAM market. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers, remotely from Puebla (Mexico).
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via email, chat, and video call.
Manage and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the team in other markets as needed.
Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
Support at customer events in the market.
Support in market development and system adaptation.
Requirements:
Native or bilingual in Spanish and English.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Service-oriented.
Passionate about customer care.
Knowledge of other additional languages: Italian, French, Portuguese...
