About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Circuit Design/Verification Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

In this role, you will collaborate with our various design and verification teams worldwide and support the efforts of groups such as Product Engineering, Test, Probe, Process Integration, Assembly, and Marketing to proactively design products that optimize all manufacturing functions and assure the best cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic IP.
  • Perform verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry-standard simulators.
  • Oversee and manage the layout process including floor planning, placement, and routing.
  • Proactively solicit guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to improve the design quality.
Requirements
  • BSEE or greater, 3+ years of related experience is preferred for senior and above.
  • Productive and efficient time usage thereby leading to more effective work.
  • Satisfactory ability to convey or share ideas either verbally or in written form.
  • Experience with a scripting language (Python, Perl, Verilog, UVM, etc).

  • Familiarity with Memory design and digital design.
  • RTL design/verification experience is preferred. Familiarity with STA.
