Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Manager in Category Medical Affairs who is enthusiastic about building and nurturing relationships while achieving impactful results. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise from the Medical Sciences team in cross-functional initiatives, actively contributing to team objectives and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Oversee project management, influencing resource allocation across functions, and guiding program delivery in line with business requirements.
  • Enhance medical sciences processes, innovate best practices for efficient operations, and collaborate with colleagues to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor commercial results, sharing insights for strategic planning, and supporting collaborative decision-making.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for business growth through medical insights in both new and existing market segments.
  • Develop the capabilities of the medical sciences team, providing a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape to inform strategic development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related discipline, with experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or consumer health sectors.
  • Strong skills in scientific presentation and complex data analysis, along with a proven track record of effective communication.
  • Experience in project management and leading initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-making in a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the complete product lifecycle, business strategy, and consumer insights.
  • Ability to adapt to technological advancements, with a forward-thinking approach to innovation and improvement.
