About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion utilizing designated tools and processes, ensuring quality control throughout.
  • Client Relationship Management: Understand client objectives, manage timelines, budgets, and expectations, while interpreting their needs for successful project outcomes.
  • Procurement and Vendor Management: Supervise project material acquisition, develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, manage bids, and issue subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, contracts, change orders, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotations (RFQs).
  • Billing and Financial Management: Prepare project billings according to client standards, manage change orders for clients and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to financial protocols.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication of project status to all stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to manage schedules and address tasks as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and ensuring compliance with standards and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, with a preference for 2-3 years' experience, particularly in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, including proficiency in English and bilingual abilities preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and Bluebeam.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with window construction is preferred, but not required.
