Job Description

As a Transformation Director - Public Relations, you will be responsible for overseeing internal communications to keep employees informed and motivated regarding organizational initiatives, business strategy, vision, mission, and future roadmap.

You will foster platforms to drive employee engagement, manage the corporate intranet, support campaigns, and coordinate events such as Open Houses and webcasts.

Additionally, you will identify and shape key messages, build communication strategies, and determine appropriate channels, mediums, and communication frequency based on campaign objectives.
