Key Responsibilities
- Lead the review of product or solution-wide test strategy, performance testing, and test harness to ensure vision and quality criteria are met.
- Develop effective and efficient functional or automation testing strategies and plans and their synchronization with stakeholders.
- Define the overall testing vision and transform it into the solution.
- Lead and architect the direction and strategies of software testing.
- Drive and own improvement initiatives within IT QA and Global IT.
- Lead the business testers for user acceptance testing and ensuring both functional and automation testing are effective while meeting defined standards.
- Provide knowledge transfer to the support team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 8 years of experience required.
- Master's degree or equivalent in computer science or related field, 6 years of related experience required.
- Certification in ISTQB.
- Experience with testing of Salesforce platforms.
- QA Automation experience (Selenium, Tricentis, UFT ONE, etc.).
- Previous experience in quality assurance, QA Engineer, Test Automation, QA strategy.
- Previous scripting experience (Python, Java Script).
- Project Management - Agile environment.
- Demonstrate solid performance in an architect role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
- Experience in creating test harnesses and performance testing and/or automation.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
