Job Summary

Fortrea is seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Investor Relations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of investor relations strategies, maintaining IR calendars, and working closely with the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development to develop materials for Fortrea's stakeholders and internal deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the facilitation of the quarterly earnings process by analyzing sell-side models, maintaining competitive business intelligence, and ensuring smooth operations and communication.
  • Manage logistics for earnings calls and other webcasted investor events to ensure effective communication and a seamless experience for investors.
  • Prepare materials for all earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other investor-related events by drafting and assisting in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, such as call scripts, Q&A documents, and presentations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive set of competitive analysis by tracking peer company benchmarks and assessing sell-side models.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a coherent financial narrative and ensure that forecasts align with projected financial results.
  • Monitor industry trends and address shareholders' concerns by conducting targeting analysis to identify new investor opportunities and analyst targets.
  • Manage the investor contact database to keep investor information current and accurate.
  • Oversee the Investor Relations website and content to streamline user experience and disseminate critical investor communications aligned with key filing dates.
  • Summarize key events and sell-side analysts' notes within the peer and industry space.
  • Support the evaluation of potential assets and manage the deal pipeline throughout the due diligence process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance & Accounting with a strong understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytic and strategic abilities to assess complex situations, make recommendations, and manage projects and processes through completion with autonomy.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office with a focus on investor presentations, financial modeling, and effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible in responding to changing organizational demands to support a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Professional maturity with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional working experience in Finance or analytical experience, with a strong preference for experience in Fortrea or the CRO industry.

  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex financial and investment information into clear and concise language.

  • Motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
