The purpose of this role is to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy, overseeing social media channels, website, and content streams. As a key member of the team, you will report directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for delivering a measurable Social Media and Content Strategy through impactful content creation and community engagement
  • Develops a data-driven editorial calendar to share across digital platforms, ensuring regular storytelling and real-time content delivery
  • Manages the day-to-day operation of all scheduled and published content across social networks
  • Crafts and executes targeted paid social campaigns, providing data-driven insights to immediate and wider teams
  • Built custom audiences that align with target audience segments strategy, including collaboration with high-clout influencers
  • Utilizes social media monitoring tools for crisis communications management and provides timely feedback to the team
  • Maintains all website content, including working case studies, thought leadership pieces, and blogs

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This position is based in CDMX, Mexico, at our office located on Avenida Insurgentes Sur.
