Job DescriptionThe Digital and IT Analyst develops and deploys appropriate information technology solutions to enable business improvement. This role leads limited scope projects using information technology and performs critical analysis under limited supervision.
Responsibilities:- Develops and deploys appropriate information technology solutions.
- Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configurations.
- Provides after-hour technical support as needed.
- Assists in training and mentoring new team members.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related area (or international equivalent), 2+ years related IT experience, Advanced English, Application Programming, Software Support, Database Administration, PC Support, LAN/WAN Support, Help Desk, Engineering Systems, IT Security, Business Systems (MSS, JDE, SAP or other related technology), Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility, and adaptability, Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.
