**Key Responsibilities**:

• Manage and lead a team of software developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects on time and within budget

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and other technology groups, to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery

• Develop and implement software development methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery

• Ensure compliance with Citi's technology standards and regulatory requirements

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for their adoption and integration into our technology stack

• Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers

**Requirements**:

• 5-8 years of experience in software development management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects

• Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development methodologies, project management, and technology trends

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications**:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as JIRA

• Knowledge of Citi's technology stack, including Unisys, Linux, and database management systems

• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello

• Familiarity with Citi's business operations and technology initiatives
