Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project initiation reports.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including business customers, project leaders, and external suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, including daily follow-up with customers and internal project team members.
  • Prepare and deliver formal presentations to colleagues and management, sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Ensure that project budgets are managed effectively, and that any risks to budget objectives are escalated to the VP Project Management and Steering Committee.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management in a logistics environment, with operational experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
