About the Role
The Business Intelligence Analyst position at Symrise is a critical component of our organization's success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights that drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, analyze it, and identify trends and patterns to inform business decisions.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards using Symrise systems (SAP, EIS, etc) to present data in an easily understandable format.
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Data Quality Management: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data used for analysis.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and database management.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), detail-oriented, ability to work on multiple tasks/deadlines, and work well as a team with cross-departments.
• Experience in Analytics or FP&A functions.
