**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Health Economics Specialist to support the development of our Real-World Insights business in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality contributions to client solutions within the pharmaceutical and associated industries.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop studies related to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) business areas, including health economic modeling, market access strategy, and value proposition.
- Work with supervision, independently, and/or as part of a project team on defined tasks, including data sourcing, literature searches, data collection, and generation.
- Participate in business development and internal initiatives, such as producing initial drafts of proposals, conducting internal training, and presenting materials to colleagues.
- Assist in project management and client liaison activities, including attending client and external meetings, and presenting research and analyses.
- Develop prospective or retrospective outcome research protocols, statistical analysis plans, and reports.
- Draft, review, submit, and present abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical-biological chemistry, economics, or a clinical discipline.
- Master's degree in health outcomes research (epidemiology, pharmacy, public health, statistics, or any other related clinical discipline) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in health outcomes research and/or academic research experience.
- Data analysis skills and thorough understanding of the Mexican healthcare system, including dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and oral communication.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of medical terminology and epidemiological measures.
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics and advanced English level.
