About the Role:

The SAP Integration Analyst will play a critical role in driving business transformation at Celanese International Corporation. This position will be responsible for providing technical design and support to various stakeholders within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deploy, and support integrations between key HR systems using SAP Business Transformation Platform (BTP), SuccessFactors Integration Suite, and SuccessFactors Integration Center.
  • Maintain documentation detailing configuration and settings of the system, including integration architecture map.
  • Ensure security of data in interfaces using state-of-the-art security technologies to encrypt data at rest and in transit.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion.
  • Draft statistical reports that assist in decision support.
  • Manage and resolve technical difficulties.
  • Understand stakeholder pain points and collaborate to propose potential design changes and new solutions.
  • Proactively identify solutions focused on improving productivity and collaborate on developing the business case.
  • Be accountable to stakeholders for delivery of all IT services.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for all IT-related customer issues.
  • Adhere to defined governance.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SuccessFactors Integration Suite, SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP BTP, and CPI.
  • Understanding of best practices in building complex interfaces between SuccessFactors and key technologies such as Payroll, Benefits, and Identity Management solutions.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in generating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of best practices for interface development and experience recommending and implementing these best practices.

  • Ability to work with diverse teams with varying skill levels.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer support and technical configuration experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
